Education in fields that aren't for social bullshit. Stem and real world economic job education. Not everyone is going to be a rocket scientist. Setting up people for real world economies, such as plumbing, electrician work, welding, and such is better than just popping out babies and expecting them to be smart. The problem is most counties is you have an educated people that have no real skills. They are books smart, but the only way to earn money is to work for some mega corporation sorting paperwork.

It's worse for all of us, especially with these mass collective societies where we're unwillingly bound to each other in terms of state-based income taxes, wealth redistribution, retirement funds, on top of the typical infrastructure like roads/police/fire/education. The quality of the average individual matters way more now, if most are inept then those that aren't are going to have a miserable pack-horse kind of life.

Except in developed countries this is not the case and even in the developing ones the growth rates are levelling off. Human population is going to asymptotically rise to something like 12 billion(and then sharply drop to 0 when nuclear war happens or a bioweapons leak or something else). So if you live in the developed world, it is advisable you do have more kids, especially if you have the means to raise, provide and educate them.
