They won't say they don't like the ruling party because of something controversial (imagine if she said she doesn't like Hungary because it's too anti-LGBT or won't welcome refugees), so instead they'll say "muh corruption tho" because it's mostly true and uncontroversially a bad thing.
In politics the reasons why people don't like something and what they tell you those reasons are are rarely the same.
