As our society grows more nihilistic, moral values will continue to decay, and people will start to feel directionless and confused, desperate to find meaning in their lives.
This is because morality is 100% rooted in religion, and without religion there is no fundamental or axiomatic reason for morality to exist.
People, when left to their own devices and without certain moral values to order their lives, don't have the patience to work their asses off, get married, start a family, remain faithful to their spouses, don't fall into baser impulses, and thus fail to achieve what ultimately is the greatest form of happiness which is watching your grandchildren grow and continue your legacy, dying surrounded by a family that loves you and will remember you fondly.
Instead, what we will see in the decades to come, is increased degeneracy, demoralization, thrill-seeking in the form of extreme sports, drugs, body-modification, sexual deviancy, while others retreat into make-believe simulated worlds or bury themselves in work. The end result of atheism is thus the demoralization and dehumanization of society, the loss of identity and purpose, and ultimately the loss of social cohesion and social trust.
Which, inevitably, will result in a backlash.
Women raised by their OnlyFans whore single-mothers will long for the married life in a rural cottage. They will bring back fashion like long dresses and simple styles.
Men raised by crack addicts will rebel by refusing to take drugs or drink alcohol. They will seek to unplug themselves from social media in general and electronics in particular.
And most youngsters of the future, lost and directionless, raised by equally directionless parents, will rediscover religion.
The generation that will enact this change, is already being born right now.
