The point is centrally planned economies cannot allocate resources efficiently or even at all and that this inability to allocate resources results in more and more waste that inevitably causes it to collapse. During this time it's participants suffer for all these inefficiencies and wastes and the solutions to try solve these problems causing more harms.
I explained how you can't know what level of waste can bring an economy down because it depends on the capital structure of an economy and specific economic situations which are in the future, involve unknowable agents and thus uncertain and unpredictable.
Your entire argument has been a strawman from the beginning and instead of reading what I've said you've run wild with it.
