Sydney to LA is ~7400 miles. If there was a direct line from without any routing, that would mean take (7400/(c-31%) ~57second one way. However ping is a roundway trip so the rate is 2x that for an ideal situation on ideal direct fiber from Sydney-LA. So ideal is 114ms. Real world avg is ~134 secs.

So likely it would cut down the time from ~200 ms to 100 ms with Gen2 ping from Sydney-LA
