I prefer to call it realism. Just read a little history and you will see that all societies go into a decline few realise at the time, before falling into a sudden collapse, just when people thought they had reached peak civilisation. Also in my own country here in Europe I see the rot has gone in to the core and up to the top of society. This. Seems like pretty much any other issue in the U.S. where there's almost a complete divide between the retarded and the slightly more retarded.

I am worried about my family and I being infected with the virus (thankfully no one has had it yet), but I also worry about vaccine effectiveness, side effects, etc. There seems to be very little data on pregnant women who get vaxxed, how long the vaccine protects you, which variants it protects against, etc. I want that data before I make a decision but there's no guarantee I won't get the virus before then.

I am no historian but I have an interest in history, especially the history of civilisations. And the cycles of civilisations from rise to fall has been known for centuries. And the decline comes with focus on materialism and lack of moral compass. Perhaps I am the odd one out but I cannot avoid drawing conclusions from having lost my job twice because of ethics. The first time I didn't lie and the second time the company realised I wouldn't lie.

And we see this now in this debate. The thought leaders have thought big thoughts on behalf of the despised people and obviously fail to share the truth. Yet it slowly and unavoidably leaks out after a while. Have you noticed that most if not all all civilisations have a concept of "fate"? And that it cannot be avoided? It is a bit like this here. And admitting the truth and acting on the truth will do us a lot better than deception and failing to act on realities.
