Animal fats, plant fats, complex carbs, vegetables, fruit, leafy greens, dairy, fermented foods, a bit of sweets, you name it. There are only a few things like trans fats and heavily processed sweets that should be entirely avoided. I also take vitamins and supplements to make sure I can't be missing any nutrients.
