Low enough for a fully fueled Starship to SSTO on Mars and have fuel left in the tank. That puts it at under 5km/s including gravity losses.

In my experience, EE seems to conjure the weirdest old engineers with insane theories that straight up forgot their basics and always come up with a single source of magic that'll fix all problems. I met a comms engineer with 40 years of experience on the rocket program that thinks that Einstein was a crackpot and relativity isn't real.... It feels like these cultists will literally sprout from otherwise respectable people.

Parachutes on Mars are almost entirely useless. That is the reason Starship is so chunky, so it can aerobrake in the thin Martian atmosphere and still have enough propellant to land safely. This is the reason Curiosity and Perseverance needed expendable rocket cranes.

you should adjust for volume, btw
20% heavier tankage is not correct because the tanks would need to be several times larger
1200 tons of liquid hydrogen would require tanks of 16,900 cubic meters
Starship's tanks are currently about 1400 cubic meters
so instead of 20% you need to increase the mass of your tanks by 1000%

I mean to be fair starship may fail.
