>>13457293>He did learn Icelandic very quickly thoughThat's always going to be a softer call than a result on an IQ test.
Besides, nobody knows when he first studied a particular language. Con artists are very good at manipulating people into seemingly coming up with their own ideas. For instance, if I knew Icelandic or Mandarin and wanted someone to suggest learning those as a test, I might say something like "I've taught myself Spanish, which was quite easy. One day I'm going to challenge myself by seeing how fast I can learn Mandarin or Icelandic. But at the moment, I'd prefer to devote my time to learning more useful things than complex languages I'll never use." 99% of people will accept the presupposition that I've never learned those two complex languages -- some would figure I'd be bragging about it if I had.
I don't think Langan is a double-digit brainlet. I think you still need at least a 135 IQ to be able to game IQ tests, learn foreign languages, and manipulate people well. He's just not what he claims to be.
