How is it that after millions of years of evolution we still have a clear seperation between men with top-tier genetics and subhumans when women only desire the best males anyway? Shouldn't suboptimal genes like being a manlet, small penis, little shoulder joint width, weak jaw etc. been eliminated a long time ago? What went wrong?

Anyway, people overestimate the amount of genetic variance in the human genome. If two brothers can be completely different heights, there's no way short people would be completely purged from the gene pool unless there was some absurdly strong selection against shortness, which there isn't.
