You can find it as a PDF in two parts and I've seen it hosted on a website somewhere. Mycelium Running doesn't have a lot that will be relevant to you, but it covers culturing wild mushrooms moreso than Staments other books.
I'll add that the easiest and best way I've found to make slants. You need recycled paper cat litter, a bunch of 50 ml screw top tubes (one per slant), and some hydrogen peroxide. Add 5-10 ml of hydrogen peroxide to the tubes, add the cat litter until one piece reaches above the 15 ml line, then fill the rest of the way with tap water and shake it to loosen the litter then lay it on its side while the litter expands for a few minutes. After it's expanded, loosen the screw top all the way and tip the tube to let the excess water drain out. Toss in a few bits of mycelium from a healthy culture and let it grow. These slants can be stored at room temperature indefinitely with the proper maintenance. Check them weekly or bimonthly and when the mycelium has grown down to the bottom of a slant, prepare and inoculate 4-6 more slants from it.
