To be fair to anti-natalists, i think the biggest problem is that you guys come off as pussies. Your premise isn’t terrible,and is easy to follow, but it is unconvincing. While the kill yourself argument isn’t a true refutation of antinatalism, it might as well be. It’s hard to take antinatalists seriously when they argue for stopping humans from populating, as they continue to live happily by their own admission. I also think a big hurdle for people accepting antinatalist arguments is they disagree idea that a life with suffering automatically equals “bad”. I think most people here at least think humans achieve growth from suffering, to some degree.
