Single digits, no.
Single digit body fat is where you can literally see the muscle fibres through the skin. People who eat like shit do not get to single digit body fat. Exercising by itself can get you to like 12% and you can indulge in snacks and pizza every now and then, but to drop below 10% where you'll have permanently shredded abs and look like your muscles are cleanly visible through your skin without any flexing
Pic related is single digits and I guarantee you those guys cannot maintain that without a strict diet. At that level you just don't have enough fat for normal hormonal processes so your body will have huge cravings that you need to control.
