all whole numbers can be 'split' into rational numbers except for zero. the reason for this is the same as to why 0 is only divisible by 0. these are facts
its really all just a semantic argument, nobody is saying 0/0=1 cant be a valid answer. But im saying just because it doesnt *have to be* the only answer technically speaking, doesnt make those technicalities relevant in any way.
