But there was also the period of like ... idk I guess it was around late 2010's/early 2020's lightly sexist "boy's club" posting on /cm/ that might have pushed away fujos who would otherwise contribute.
Maybe the /cm/ userbase just got converted into mostly shotacons. Who knows.
Bluntly, shotas aren't to my taste, and while I do find them cute, it's slightly annoying to me that it's become the dominant mono-genre of /cm/ posting. I have the threads that are for the shows I like, but it's just a very different feeling from 5+ years ago, when it felt like there were at least more than a mere handful of posters per thread.
