I guess one difference is the absence of spoilers here. On blue boards that have that, people can just spoiler more risky pics. Outright porn will still get you banned. But non pornographic lewds, especially from published manga and anime, tend to get a pass.
Here, even stuff that you'd want to spoiler to be on the safe side on other boards obviously can't be, so it contributes to a generally more lewd vibe. But then you also can't post the sort stuff that you would for sure have to spoiler on other boards. So it's simultaneously both more and less permissive.
