I ordered the small Allister plush again on AliExpress because the first time the seller didn't send the package on time and AE automatically canceled the purchase and refunded my money, but again the seller didn't send the plush on time and didn't even respond to my messages asking about the cause of the delays. This time, I chose to delay the shipment and gave the seller 20 more days to see if they could ship my order. I didn't want to let the order get canceled again because this time I got a discount on the price due to the cancellation of the previous purchase and because it was New Year's.
I also took advantage of those discounts to buy a pack of small Allister, Cursola and Mimikyu figurines, which, unlike the Allister plush, is proceeding correctly and on time. The problem is that I am currently far from the delivery location and may not be able to be there to receive the figurines T_T
On the other hand, I decided to gather courage and buy the larger Allister plush I saw on eBay despite the risk of paying a lot of taxes and fees. I chose the cheapest shipping option because it will supposedly be through Japan Post and then through my country's equivalent instead of private couriers such as DHL and FedEx, since this way the package will be handled directly by customs agents instead of private agents who charge much higher fees. The downside is that the package will arrive in February or March, and again, currently there is no indication on the website that the seller is already preparing my package, and they have not responded to my messages X_X. But in this case, I guess the seller is waiting to receive more orders to send them all at once, which is why eBay says it will take so long to receive my package.
And to make matters worse, my country increased tariffs on imported goods again, so I may end up paying a lot more than expected for the three packages. Nobody said love was cheap.
