You'd have to fake your own death/disappearance, you'd need to forge identity documents, and somehow hack yourself into the database so you don't come up fucky. Then you'd need someone to "take care" of you, because if you try to half ass your living situation, you'll get picked up by the police, questioned, and then thrown into an orphanage. Technically, that could solve your documentation issues, but then you'd need to get adopted, or risk living in said orphanage.
