Nixon was an anti-Semite, but both Nixon and JFK were fairly pro-Israel. "Pro-Israeli anti-Semite" has been kinda the default for the Western conservative right, becoming less anti-Semitic the closer they were to sincerely believing in Bulwark-style right liberalism.
Off the top of my head, I'd say the most Israel-critical US presidents (can't say anti-Israel since I don't think any of them were outright anti-Israel) were Carter, sorta Bush, Sr., and sooorta Reagan.
Reagan phoned to stop the bombardments in Lebanon, Carter sincerely believed in Palestinian-Israeli parity, and Bush, Sr. kicked the hornets' nest to complain about Israeli settlements and got bad mouthed in Israeli media.
Everything since Bush, Sr. has been rigidly pro-Israel, mostly avoiding anti-Semitism until the current administration, with its constant vulgar invocations of Soros and replacement theory
