We draw our own stuff, and sometimes we enjoy the stuff drawn by women. Two, the artists drawing the tranny scars are usually trans guys creating their own rep. To their credit they can draw dicks and balls well too. It's not uncommon to see them draw a character with tranny scars and pussy in one piece, and as a cis guy with a cock in another. They may or may not be able to accurately depict our lived experience, but that depends on if the individual artist has medically transitioned, passes, and has spent time in gay spaces. When they have it's easy to tell, and in my eyes they're part of the crew.
