To get the full size picture without making an account, you can copy the image location, paste it into your address bar, then delete everything after the the first .jpg. If you're looking at art from the post or someone's blog, same deal but you'll have to use image source to get the location instead. At least with Firefox anyway, not sure how it works with Chrome.
