Original, NORMAL Sans is an okay character and I believe he can be a good friend.
His brother 's got a more bold personality however and I'm more fond of such people (who are life-loving, genuinely passionate and enthusiastic about everything), so being friends with him would make your life much brighter.
But being friends with them both seems to be the best of options.
