If this is considered a Tumblr board because of that I don't really see a problem with it since like you said there are some good artists on there. Most of my shit comes from there, here, Twitter and Pixiv.
Reblogging art is the only thing I use my Tumblr for, I couldn't care less about everyone's opinions and honestly if you just follow art blogs you don't really see much of that crap anyway.
