>>3171696I mean, authors draw otokonoko characters with Japanese audience in mind so I suppose they take for granted that their readers would have no issues telling a otokonoko apart from other types (futa, newhalf, etc), even if I'm not a fan of the "draw a girl call it a boy" cliche.
Doesn't mean Western readers have an excuse to be so ignorant, though. The term trap and how generic it's become doesn't help things.
