Exercise makes you feel better, both physically and mentally, and helps you sleep at night (I've always been a NEET that stayed up 'til 5AM, until I started running: Suddenly I felt drowsy at 22PM and woke up without alarms at 8AM).
First thing you do when you wake up, go for a run. It only takes 30mins and eat breakfast after that.
Neither does jogging require anything, noone will pay any attention to you. Well ok, you might require some decent running shoes for going on paved roads, your knees will start straining after about a month if not. But that investment will last you 4+ years, and fucking up your joints and body won't do you any good.
