Hey I've been looking for a manga that is about these two guys who go around an solve crime of something, but it's elegantly drawn. One of the characters has a umbrella all the time or likes to be naked all the time, I think. I can't remember the name of it for anything and I wanna search up art of it ;_; Pls help~ I think one of the characters has a similar outfit on like in posted picture. It's also set in older Japan times.
