Anyway, to answer the question: yes. It's not a huge crowd or anything but you'll find Kanan/Ezra fanart and fics if you dig around a little. Apparently people latched onto these two in the same way folks latched onto Anakin and Obi-Wan, only Kanan and Ezra aren't having to put up with Temple rules or any sort of oversight and unlike with Obi-Wan and Anakin, Ezra wanted Kanan to train him specificallly whereas Obi-Wan only begrudgingly chose to train Anakin because it was what Qui-Gon wanted. Further fuel to the fujo fire was the interview FPJ did where he said that Kanan and Hera weren't currently in a romantic relationship, so that space in Kanan's bunk is vacant.
