>>3636426Whatever you think of Mondstadt and Liyue Archon quest, rest assured Inazumas is way worse. The last part was especially atrocious. The only character who got off decently was Kazuha, and only because they fleshed him out and set up most of his arc before the shit Archon plot, so 5seconds of appearance were all they needed to close his story well. Kokomi and Gorou were given the middle finger amd shafted for the sake of more time focusing on... a generic npc face, plots that go nowhere, waifus that had no bearing in the Archon quest at all.
But the biggest crime was what they did to Scaramouche, and maybe Signora. Signora gets killed off, and the CW reveal is a mere title line, no dialogue, nothing. Scaramouche though... I expected them to show his thoughts over inazuma, over his creator, over getting the gnosis that likely helped create him. Instead he has less screentime than...generic npc, useless firework waifu and sleepy midget. He does a genetic evil laughter and is seen no more, and his backstory is infodumped on us like an afterthought.
Scaramouche had better fucking treatment in the Mona event.
I wish they'd fire whoever wrote the inazuma main quest, but given fans have shown they'll throw cash for no other reason than booba sword, I doubt Mihoyo feels the need to improve.
But speaking of money, I wonder what drugs they're own, if the rerun banner leaks are true. Childe coming up again makes no sense, his rerun already did badly and that was earlier this year. And claiming they're reruning him because of the alleged story leaks... is retarded: they'd cash in only if reruning him after releasing that plot, if true at all
