its not that much better but try
https://cure.ninja/booru/it searches a bunch of boorus. a search for some fucked up shit like "intestinal_bulge" on any individual booru will get you like 9 results, but on here it gets me like 80. dont forget to add an * on the end a search term to find all variations, like oral*, to get oral insertion and oral gagging
