Mob's a good and well-behaved lad other than him occasionally wandering off at the mall or park on account of being a space cadet, but I'd worry about him being so emotionally reserved and afraid that he'd rather go to a slimy conman twice his age over asking his parent.
Not that I'm anything like his canonical parents, but still, that possibility is there.
