It drove out any type of fun and silly builds you can do. The only people that's still notable is Settphel, Graves, or Ezreal. (Not sure on the furry side.) Everyone else is basically on life support in the gay community.
I know this famous Ekko porn artist that got disinterested about two years ago. After he did a Ekko/Darius collaboration with someone, he went on an infinite hiatus and poofed from the League circles. He still posts artwork of his OC, but he's just done with League altogether.
