I'm 32 and my face has only the very slightest hints of wrinkles. The kind I saw on less fortunate fellow college students a decade ago. And my jaw and waist are still tight.
It requires a lot of work, but if you eat right, exercise, and take care of your skin, you can stay pretty about as long as professional actresses/pornstars can.
