I think liking a 9 year old in artwork is pretty gross. But around 13/14 I don’t think I really give a shit. Anyways, so long as there is something that shows puberty like foreskin retraction, semen, muscle development, pubic hair etc then I think based on those facts alone you can argue it’s not Shota. Otherwise it’s impossible to tell, like the images found here. If you can’t clearly tell they’re at least going through puberty, then its shota imo.
