If we compare the two characters what are the differences? The length from shoulder to hip is about the same. The length of the arms seem a bit shorter in OP's pic, but that may be due to the angle. The character is OP's is more muscular. The size of their dicks is about the same. That's all from what we can see. In summary, their bodies are about the same size, with one being more muscular and the other skinnier. By the way, both pics were drawn by the same person, so difference in artstyle is irrelevant.
With that in mind, why did one character make you think of CP while the other didn't? I assume it was because in the pic you complained about there is a bigger guy, in other words, you saw a smaller skinnier guy being fucked by a bigger muscular guy and you immediately thought "that's a child/minor", which makes me think the problem is with you for seeing CP everywhere, maybe due to too much exposure to that kind of thing.
