As far as constructive criticism goes, this looks traced. But don't let this dissuade you, by all means. Lots of established porn artists trace. Actually, success as a porn artist has relatively little to do with art skill. Being confident, social, hard-working and agile is way more important. Find succesfull artists in your niche, reblog them and kiss their ass convincingly enough, so you have a chance of being promoted by them in return. Put in at least several hours daily, even when you think everything you do sucks. Never ever let on that you think it sucks. Grow thick skin and ignore trolls and haters. Notice new trends and hop on them, even if you think they're cringe bullshit.
If you want more art advice, go to /ic/. There's even a porn thread there. But keep in mind that they are likely to be even more toxic than me. They're a bunch of jealous assholes. So I honestly don't know where you outta go for this mythical 'constructive criticism' these days. Probably find an artist who also teaches and pay them to mentor you.
