Despite Hollywood and western cartoons taking heavily from the success of anime, what's stopping them from capitalizing on Fujos? China, Korea and Japan have understood how lucrative the BL fandom is. At best the west will try adding a typical anime pretty boy for the female gaze but they're afraid of making him too fem in order not to upset their male audience.
