Being touched is nice, right? To me, the idea of being touched by a hand that can wrap around my entire body is arousing. The idea of a giant tongue caressing my torso is arousing. And conversely, the idea of feeling an entire body in the palm of my hand or on my dick is arousing.
It's taking things that are normally arousing and blowing them out of proportion. I guess it's the equivalent of being in an orgy with a bunch of people licking every inch of your body, except it's just one giant dude.
