I started reading it when volume 1 was out, and a friend imports it as paperback in our shithole and borrows it to her poorfags friends (me included).
When I first read it back in 2014-2015 I don't remember, you could purchase it from your local bookstore even book depository in English. I know author is protective of her works and I respect it, also if I'm not wrong she used to work for the police irl. Butt by going full autismo and to such extreme lengths, not to mention overcharging her works, many that I know lost interest. But the real reason is, you can't buy her works easily and not everyone is willing to pay 20$ for one single chapter.
Back then you would sacrifice these 20$ because wow awesome plot, but now, no I will tell you many titles of Korean webtoon below with similar plot.
Now to the real issue the plot.
I was impressed at first, because in manga that kind of plot didn't exist back then, or was done half assed.
The author likes to have megane mc connected to all her stories or his exes which I find kinda boring, as I would like new characters and not the same plotline. Megane is like the town bicycle in most of her series getting raped and beaten pairing with a sadistic asshole.
ITW started good but nowadays it doesn't differ to the ones that are out.

The author mostly does that to prolong the series and get more 20 buckaroos.
But it's annoying because
