While Bara has a view of muscles, strength, and a certain level of manly hairyness, Twink tries to focus the view on individual males that don't focus on bodybuilding or having a thick carpet of hair.
For Twunks, it would then be an adaption of Twink where they focus on having that muscle mass, or at least part of, of Bara without the overendulgence normally seen with Bara. So perhaps more of a swimmer's build and defined strength for swimming instead of say a defined strength build like for american football or weightlifting competitions.
Sorta like how not all guys like Nascar? Not all guys like Bara. But not all guys like Twink either. so Twunk is an attempt to stray away from Twink while holding some characteristics from it.
