The major focus for threads on /y/ are that they are of males, with significantly limited furry involvement, and having a sexual nature (of at least a kink if not more relevant).
This would fit just from the kink aspect, but it also does with the abundant nature of the pictures bein sexualized. (constant bulge instead of just the kink like... sweat/musk for example. Not that Sweat/musk is unacceptable either). So long as it isn't pushed into multiple threads (and if it is posted in other threads, that it follows that/those thread(s) themes), then it is welcome here.
It is just when that topic/theme/kink is spammed everywhere that there becomes a real issue (like No Small Tops, it is just a kink for the most part, but that autistic takes it way too far).
