What you're referring to is a very specific kind of twink. I'd agree the people who are into that much of childlike look probably find teenagers attractive at first glance, but it's kind of gross and reductive to imply that these guys are just substitute for minors to whomever finds them attractive.
Also, again, we aren't talking about real people in the first place. Obviously people will have more of a suspension of disbelief with drawn, stylized characters, different aspects they find attractive depending on how they're drawn and all that.

On the other hand, emphasis on wide shoulders, pecs and abs, with more grown proportions, and overall adult-like traits aren't shota traits. Therefore the pictures of the character Sora that got posted in this thread aren't shota.
And why does it matter how the standards of this board differ from other websites anyway ? These are the standards here, they're obviously subjective, but that does dictate what is allowed and what isn't and that's it.
