I know a lot of popular western and Japanese artists draw underage characters (e.g. Boruto) which sometimes causes a stir on /y/ but gets very little criticism anywhere else the art is shared as far as I've seen. I just supposed it's harmless or people would complain.
But this screenshot takes that nonchalant attitude to a sick level.
