Karasu/Tokoyami's parody, Corvus/Hawks' parody and Iida's parody are, well, Tokoyamy, Hawks and Iida's parodies that do not have anything in common with Venam/Ashido, Reina/Mirko and Noomye/Yaoyorozu (and, at least from what we can see, that goes for Ojiro's parody as well)
About Gordon, I guess a little part of the blame lies with the playerbase, which strongly criticized evry chub/fat guy they pulled out. Imagine giving him the real powers of Fatgum and making him a literall ball of fat in one/two of his poses and in his scenes. Honestly, making him a little chubby with body enlargement powers seems to me a comprehensible "let's try to stay safe" move.
That said, I completely agree with you regarding the colby/shina situation beign a pity, them beign extremely lazy when it comes down to the story (in this last work they did not even made the effort to try having Mc face to resemble more that we have in scenes and in previous worlds. even in Admittance of the dead, the lowest point of art quality output of gh MC's face was more recognizable) that transfers to questionable choices especialy in story progression that are made only to stick as much as possible with HH's story, event though more than two years ago they said it was their intention to start pulling out more gh exclusive/independent content. (in this matter we have to recognize that a decent worl is beign made with new event guys, at least, where, yes, the "theme" stay similar, but most of the times the scenes aren't a copypaste with dicks of HH's scene's anymore).
Criticisms have to be made, GH is far from being a perfect game, but if you put objectivity aside and let your fury blind you, even your valid points lose their value
