They said no shota because the last thread got outright deleted because it both a) contained a lot of shota, and b) was full of people complaining about this and reporting that.
OP wasn't really trying to dictate the rules, they just didn't want drama to derail the thread and get it deleted. So they suggested 'no shota'. But whiny shits like you and the keyboard masher are derailing another thread, through no fault of OPs.
You could have just waited for this thread and the anti-shota drama to die down, and it will probably be back to normal next thread, letting you break the /y/ board's no shota rule without people noticing/complaining.
If you can't be patient for a normal Naruto thread to replace this one, go search for what you want elsewhere or -i dare you- try making a new Naruto thread on /y/ that says 'shota allowed' in the first post.
