(Like, if I may rant to the void for a bit: I feel like a lot of the fandom gets "blushing uwu Akechi" so out of character. Don't get me wrong, I wanna see him turned on and flustered about it just as much as the next guy--but he needs to still be reacting in a way that's true to his canon for me to fully enjoy it. This artist seems to get it like Goldy Locks levels of juuuuust right~ Enough for me, anyway. Ugh, and I know that's so very demi of me....but I can't help it? Akechi is just one of those characters for which it matters. Akira on the other hand is kind of malleable, being that he's the protag of a Persona game and therefore his personality traits are/can be more ambiguous...but Akechi is defined. He's *specific.* And he's complicated. If you take away those things and portray him as simpfodder, it's just not as good imo... I also think he's definitely a switch who can go top or bottom, but the way in which he reacts through either of those scenarios is crucial to my enjoyment OF him, if that makes sense. Maybe I'm talking more about fic than artwork..? I'm pretty thirsty too; like I said earlier, I'll take uwu-Akechi over no Akechi at all if I have to...everybody has preferences.
