Plus his friendship with Julius also deepens later, Willhelm is like a grandfather to him and he's friends with Reinhard too.
There's other major male characters like Roswaal, Ferris and Al as well.
As far as villains go, there's Regulus and Stride.
Plus if you get into the side story content as well, Fourier, Young Willhelm, Young Grimm and Cecilus also stand out too.
