Basically the premise of Vol 3 is that the protagonist is rescued by another knight (We don't see what happens to the first one yet) but he's still having PTSD flashbacks of his time trapped inside the cave. It's suggested that he misses his time inside the cave, kind of Stockholm syndrome-esque and starts masturbating inside his transportation wagon fantasizing about goblin dick.

Personally don't like how the new savior is just a copy paste version of original knight that got captured. Think it would have been good to have the first knight be more mind broken than protag and starts seducing new savior while everyone sleeps. This could go a few different ways.
The protag is a cock hungry slut and starts sucking on his savior's dick. Savior tries to push him off but ends up having the protag ride his dick. Savior eventually gives in and starts pounding him doggy style and things gradually get more tender.

or they're both swarmed by the remaining goblins that survived the savior's onslaught and they're both raped by numerous goblins that want revenge. It ends with them both in the cave.

It's an alternate ending, not a different knight. Vol 2 was a bad ending this is the good ending.
