>>2757653Your relationship to a product is not the product. A chair is a chair with and without you sitting in it. You don't complete it.
Your ability to fap to the game says more about you than it does the game.
>>2757614It's a shit game. A shit translation. The scenes are random. There is no narrative cohesive. The title is completely irrelevent. Moritake doesn't know how to use RPG Maker. Doesn't know how to use tilesets. His maps are a cluster fuck on a flat plane. You can't distinguish a shrine from a dojo from an inn because the interiors are just anything and everything anywhere! Suuure, every temple needs a cooking pot.
Did you know Samurai are noblemen? They're suppose to be society's elite. But this Samurai is more of a mercenary in superficial armor. The game was marketed as having an eastern setting. But that just meant he bought RPG Maker's Japanese DLC. Milieu probably isn't even in his vocabulary.
It's crazy that Moritake is an illustrator; and he'd still use a hodgepodge assortment of free enemy graphics drawn by high schoolers, in different styles for his commercial game. You know he could have drawn his own, but he didn't. And his low-effort isn't that surprising when you look at his other games which used RPG Maker's Sample Maps. I don't...what's a good analogy here? You go to a tattoo parlor and their catalog is just Microsoft Word Clipart.
But then again, maybe I'm over-estimating Moritake's abilities. Maybe he can't actually draw anything other than naked frog-legged muscle torsos and 2 types of face. He can't draw clothes. He can't draw backgrounds. He can't draw hands. Or animate a simple hand job in 5 frames - no, he draws 1 hand 1 dick, and slides them around, bloating the game size with duplicate frames.
Seriously. The hands. It's like the old y-gallery joke about amateur porn artists. They practice so much drawing hyper-realistic dicks and muscle tone. But then the hands are these baby nubs.
