He has some elemental enchantments but it only works on himself and it's a really inefficient use of time and MP, believe me. Your reward is to suck his cock. Because in this land gay sex pleases the Goddess and nets you pleasure points for some undisclosed reason.
Then another party member joins your group and you are advised to go East to a shrine to speak with an oracle for further instructions.
Plot twist? The Shrine is actually to the West! And you'll probably waste a good 10-15 minutes exploring an empty cave to the east.
The shrine is under attack by demons. So you defeat all of them. And the oracle tells you to find "runs" made by the Goddess to imprison the Dark Lord.
The Goddess is still around, and the "runs" didn't fix anything last time. Also this is apparently information everyone knows. So there was no real reason to come here.
Except! You get a class upgrade to Paladin so you can finally do something other than attack in battle. However the Dark Lord appears - somehow he knows about you - and you are forced into an unwinnable battle. But he's a good sport and will let you continue your quest.
The demo wastes your time further by having you deliver a package, to get a lever, to unlock stairs in that empty cave from before. .
Upon reaching the stairs the game says 'that's it for the demo'
