I would almost say it's about the intent of the art to be horny rather than a strict sfw/nsfw barrier, especially in OC heavy threads like this one, but my assessment could be off the mark a little.
The rules aren't enforced as harshly as they were ten years ago and I think that's fine, besides it being a little annoying how often a couple of these threads have been bumped without content.
